UN Trust Fund’s #Give25forUNTF25 Challenge
Support the UN Trust Fund’s work to end violence against women and girls
Date:
In 2021, the UN Trust Fund to End Violence against Women (UN Trust Fund) marks its 25th anniversary: 25 years of grant-giving, support and commitment to strengthening civil society organizations and women’s movements. In its 25 years, the UN Trust Fund supported over 600 projects implemented by civil society and women’s rights organizations changing the lives of women and girls in every region, with innovative and demand-driven initiatives.
Ending violence against women and girls starts with every single one of us. You can make a stand in making a world free from violence a reality for women and girls. Today, start with donating USD25 to the UN Trust Fund.
With US$25, a girl in Ethiopia can stay in school for one whole year without period stigma;
With US$25, women survivors of violence in Albania can have food for a week;
With US$25, three women and girl survivors of violence with disabilities can have their tests and treatment covered during COVID-19 in Uganda.
Take action, lead the change to make a difference for women and girls around the world.
