The UN Trust Fund to End Violence against Women (UN Trust Fund) is informed by women’s experiences and civil society-led efforts to end violence against women and girls, fully recognizing women’s and survivors’ own agency, and guided by the expertise and knowledge generated by civil society and women’s rights organizations. These podcasts highlight  the practice-based knowledge that UN Trust Fund-supported organizations have codified over decades of lifeline work, and is guided by a diversity of voices of these organizations.

In September 2022, the UN Trust Fund launched its first ever podcast series, “Pathways to Prevention”, which explores through 10 episodes the different pathways used to prevent all forms of violence against women and girls. 

In July 2023, the organization released the “Small and Mighty!” podcast series. Its five episodes focus on the UN Trust Fund’s small grants modality and share the journeys of 15 small civil society and women’s rights organizations working to end violence against women and girls.
