Webinar Invitation: Cluster Evaluation of three UN Trust Fund projects in Europe and Central Asia - 23 September 2020

Date:

UN Trust Fund's Virtual Brownbag Event on the Cluster Evaluation of three UN Trust Fund projects in Europe and Central Asia

Join the UN Trust Fund to End Violence against Women (UN Trust Fund) for a Virtual Brownbag Event to hear about new findings of a recently completed final, external, Cluster Evaluation of three UN Trust Fund projects in North Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia on Wednesday 23 September at 8:30am EDT. The event will bring together Civil Society Organizations, Global Partners and UN staff to engage with the learning from the Cluster Evaluation, presented by evaluators.

The UN Trust Fund aims to harvest, analyze and disseminate lessons from the projects it funds in order to build a stronger knowledge base for scaling up global efforts to eliminate violence against women and girls. This Virtual Brownbag Event forms part of continuous UN Trust Fund efforts to share—with partners, ending violence against women and girls practitioners and donors—new evaluation learning, as well as the diversity of content and practice-based knowledge from the civil society organizations it funds.

During this 90-minute event, you will:

  • Learn more about the findings of the evaluation on the effectiveness, impact and lessons learned from the three projects, and in particular key insights related to campaigns and advocacy to end violence against women and girls;
  • Learn about how COVID-19 challenges sustainability of achieved project results; and
  • Hear and share ethical considerations for data collection that is remote-based and in the context of COVID-19.
