This report represents the final output of a three-month meta-analysis exercise in which final evaluation reports from 23 projects were reviewed using a rigorous mixed-method approach. This meta-analysis is a synthesis of findings, conclusions, lessons and recommendations from a sample of UN Trust Fund projects from 2008 (Grant Cycle 13) to 2012 (Grant Cycle 16)
